Undergraduate researcher Pia Bhatia has been awarded the 2020 Hichwa Summer Research Fellowship, awarded to one research student each year. This prestigious fellowship will support her work in designing microfluidic devices for studying cell responses to toxins in collaboration with researchers at the US FDA.
